Welcome to Naan Designs. We provide professional embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, and related design services.
By creating an account or placing an order and accepting these terms, you agree to the following conditions.
All orders are prepared using the artwork, specifications, and instructions you provide.
Turnaround times depend on the service selected and are calculated during our business hours, Monday through Friday, Central Time. Delivery estimates may vary based on design complexity, revisions, or additional information needed.
Completed files are provided digitally in the formats included with your order.
You retain all rights you legally hold in the original artwork, logos, images, and designs you provide.
Upon full payment, Naan Designs assigns to you all copyrights and other transferable intellectual property rights it owns in the original contributions created specifically for your completed custom files.
You may use, modify, reproduce, and share your paid files with other embroidery companies or production providers for personal or commercial purposes.
This transfer does not include intellectual property belonging to third parties or Naan Designs' existing tools, software, and production methods.
You confirm that you have the necessary ownership, licenses, or permission to submit your artwork for the requested services.
We respect your artwork and business information.
Naan Designs will not sell, reuse for other customers, publicly distribute, or display your customer provided artwork or custom designs for advertising without your written permission, except where separate authorization permits such use.
Our authorized production team and service providers may access and make necessary copies of your materials to complete orders, perform quality checks, provide revisions, deliver files, and maintain business records and backups.
These activities do not transfer ownership of your original artwork.
Orders remaining unpaid for more than 120 calendar days after completion notification may be closed or archived.
Naan Designs retains any rights it owns in unpaid work and may withhold completed files until payment is received.
Naan Designs reserves the right to reuse or sell eligible designs when it owns the necessary rights or has obtained appropriate written authorization.
Company logos, trademarks, personalized designs, confidential artwork, and materials protected by separate agreements will not be offered for resale without appropriate permission.
Nonpayment does not transfer ownership of customer provided artwork to Naan Designs.
Closing an unpaid order does not automatically cancel any outstanding payment obligation.
Free revisions are available for stitch or technical issues related to our original digitizing work when requested within seven days of file delivery.
Changes to the original artwork, size, specifications, or design requirements may result in additional charges.
Embroidery results can vary depending on fabric, machine settings, thread, and production conditions. Customers are encouraged to test files before beginning large production runs.
Payments are processed through PayPal or other supported payment providers.
Because our services involve custom work, completed and approved orders are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Orders canceled before production begins may qualify for a refund. Orders already in production may be subject to charges for work performed.
Any additional service charges will be communicated before they are applied.
Customer accounts and orders are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
Visitors under 18 may browse our public informational pages. A parent or legal guardian should create the account and place orders on behalf of a minor.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and providing accurate order information.
Naan Designs may refuse or cancel orders involving suspected unauthorized artwork, unlawful content, or misuse of our services.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to use submitted artwork.
To the extent permitted by law, Naan Designs is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses resulting from its services.
For claims arising directly from a particular order, Naan Designs' total liability is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be restricted.
We encourage customers to contact us with any concerns so we can work toward a fair resolution.
These terms are governed by Texas law to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Separate written agreements accepted by Naan Designs and the customer take priority where their terms conflict with these general conditions.
Changes to these terms apply to future orders after the updated terms take effect. Existing orders remain subject to their applicable agreements unless otherwise agreed.
