Digitizing That’s Built for Real Production

These examples represent the type of work we deliver daily for shops that run Melco, Brother, Tajima, and other commercial embroidery machines. Our focus is simple: clean sew outs, smart pathing, and practical stitch counts that make your life at the machine easier.

Every logo is manually digitized no auto digitizing. Underlay, density, and pull compensation are tuned for the garment, placement, and hooping area.

  • Smart underlay: tuned for the garment type and hooping.
  • Density control: enough coverage without making the design feel like armor.
  • Small text testing: adjusted for readability at real-world sizes.
  • Machine aware: files tested with Melco, Brother, Tajima workflows in mind.
  • Multiple formats: OFM, EMB, DST, PES, EXP and more on request.

Portfolio &FAQ

Can I get a test sew out file?

If you’d like to test our work, you can start with a single logo and run a sew out on your own machines. We’ll work with you on any minor tweaks needed until it runs clean.

Do you keep my designs on file?

Yes. Once we digitize a logo, we keep it on file for future orders. Repeat stitch file requests are typically free you only pay for new designs or major changes.

Can you match the look of another sample?

In many cases, yes. Share photos of what you’re trying to match (stitch style, coverage, or overall feel), and we’ll digitize with that look in mind.
