Digitizing choices can include underlay, density, pull compensation, stitch direction, sequencing, and travel paths. Those choices are adjusted to fit the design rather than applying one automatic setting to every logo.

Left Chest and Cap Logos
Left Chest Logo
A compact logo where lettering size, density, underlay, and outline registration all need to work together.
Cap Front Logo
Cap digitizing has to account for curvature, structure, sewing direction, and the center area of the cap.
Small Detail Logo
Small details may need simplification so shapes and lettering remain readable at the finished embroidery size.
3D Puff and Specialty Embroidery
3D puff and applique require different stitch construction than standard flat embroidery.
