Yes. Melco OFM is one of our primary editable embroidery formats. We can also provide common machine formats such as DST, PES, and EXP when requested.
Yes. Wilcom EMB is available when requested for projects that need an editable Wilcom format.
OFM and EMB are editable native design formats used in Melco and Wilcom workflows. DST is a widely supported machine stitch format and does not retain the same editable object information as a native design file.

No. Vector artwork still needs embroidery digitizing because an embroidery machine requires stitch data, sequencing, density, underlay, and other production instructions.
Current options include Rush at about 5 business hours, Basic at about 12 business hours, and Budget at about 12 to 72 business hours depending on the selected service and project.

Standard pricing uses clear service tiers rather than a simple per stitch formula. Artwork that falls outside the standard scope may require a custom quote.

Digitizing decisions include stitch type, underlay, density, pull compensation, sequencing, stitch direction, and travel path based on the artwork and intended application.
Yes. Cap construction, curvature, center seams, and sewing direction can require different sequencing and stitch decisions than flat garments.
Yes. 3D puff requires artwork and stitch construction that can support foam, edge coverage, tackdown, and the intended cap or garment application.
Small lettering is limited by thread thickness, needle size, fabric, stitch width, density, and how much detail can physically fit into the requested size.
Yes. Pique, performance wear, fleece, towels, jackets, caps, and other materials behave differently and may require different underlay, density, backing, topping, or stitch construction.
A file can often be adjusted or redigitized when the original stitch construction, density, sequencing, or other production settings are causing problems.

Yes. Your account provides convenient access, but production shops should also maintain their own organized backups of important customer files.
