In your dashboard, click “Place an Order or Quote” and choose digitizing or vector. Upload an image or include text/instructions.
JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS any format supported.
Provide sizes, fabric/type, thread notes, and any special instructions. When you submit, the project goes into our production queue.
Clear specs = cleaner stitches.
Our team builds the embroidery or vector file for the requested application and artwork. When the project is ready, you receive an email status update.

Pay in your dashboard to unlock the files instantly. If anything doesn’t unlock, contact us and we’ll manually release it.
Fast checkout, instant access.
Download production ready files right away. Typical deliverables: DST + preview JPG + ZIP. Native formats (e.g., OFM/EMB) available per design.

Need an adjustment? Submit an edit request from the order. Completed projects remain available through your account for convenient access and repeat downloads.
