Experience Matters More Than a Software Button

Embroidery software provides the tools, but a digitizer still has to decide how the design should be built. Our workflow uses Melco DesignShop first for Melco OFM work and Wilcom EmbroideryStudio when a Wilcom EMB workflow is needed.

The goal is to build files around real embroidery limits such as finished size, stitch width, fabric behavior, cap construction, thread coverage, detail, and production efficiency.

1. Review the Artwork

The design, requested size, application, format, and customer notes are reviewed before stitch construction begins.

2. Build the Stitch File

Stitch types, underlay, density, pull compensation, sequencing, pathing, and other production settings are selected for the job.

3. Review and Deliver

The completed work is reviewed against the order instructions before the available production files are delivered digitally through the customer account.
